Sahaja Yoga is...

...moments of higher awareness , moments of clear blue sky beyond the clouds of my ignorance and the labrinth of my thoughts ; moments of beauty , when all becomes serene , when all is peaceful , and there is harmony among the clear blue sky and the beautiful clouds, sailing in lakes of blue stillness, beneath the gentle sun ...

I met sahaja yoga 5 years ago, within a party called Fiesta de la Terra. So, I tried to get to know this method and I found it so amazing. But, after a short time, I began another kind of meditation in the Brahma Kumaris Center whit some friends.
Do you recommend me to return? Is it so different?

Thank you very much

Dear Merche , first of all I am so very happy you found my little blog in the vast sea of internet : ) And thank you for your comment and questions .
My answer is "Yes, yes ! If you found it so amazing and enjoyed it , I would definitely recommend you returned to the Sahaja Yoga Meditation , or at least gave it a decent try to be able to see for yourself if there is a difference . I don't know that much about the Brahma Kumaris method ,but I suspect that they don't really work on the central channel or channel of evolution , as they don't have a technique to awaken the gentle Kundalini power within you . If you already experienced this once ,even if 5 years ago , I am sure your Kundalini energy within you will benefit hugely from coming to a one of our workshops . Why don't you come to our Tuesday workshop at Gracia Arts Project in Barri Gotic ? The address is Carrer Sant Honorat ,11 .
Best wishes
Erwin

Oops ! forgot to say it is at 8 pm on Tuesday . If you can't manage that time there are some other workshops on other days , for example Wednesday and Saturday morning . Here is another blog in Spanish /http://barcelona.sahaja-yoga.org.es/ with a lot of useful link to other blogs and webpages about Sahaja Yoga in Spanish .
Also here is a great blog with a lot of information on chacras and where you can experience some online meditations http://meditacion.sahajayoga.org.es
Hope that helps
Erwin

PS: Here is a very interesting link about ancient profecies being fullfilled in modern times, and which I think will help clarify in what way Sahaja Yoga is different from other yogas or meditations:
